WSU opens law clinic for small businesses

Wayne State University announced plans to open its sixth legal clinic. The new clinic, to be called the Small Business Enterprises and Nonprofit Corporations Clinic, will service non-profits and small businesses that cannot otherwise afford legal service.

Excerpt:

Among the services the clinic offers are: entity formation, contract
review and preparation, review and drafting of commercial real estate
documents, preparation of trademark and copyright applications and
preparation of tax exempt applications. The clinic will represent
clients only on business transactions and will not work on litigation
matters.
