When the dotcom bubble burst, it destroyed a lot of new
economy businesses. The opposite was true with
UltraLevel. The New Center-based business
got its start seven years ago sorting through wreckage left behind the by the bubble.
The company, which specializes in maximizing IT potential
with businesses, started with two people. Today is has 10 employees and is
looking to expand its business in the Metro Detroit and
Florida markets and expanding its payroll to
accommodate that growth.
"We are hoping to bring in another two to four people
by the end of this year," says Jason Davidson, controller and inside sales
manager for UltraLevel.
The company has been able to do (click here for its job page) this by
growing its client base by 30 to 40 percent and expects to continue on this
growth pattern in the near future. It also hopes to develop an internship
program by the end of the year to help accommodate its growth.
