Wayne State University will host one of the country’s top experts on alternative energy for a lecture on replacing fossil fuel energy with hydrogen energy.
George W. Crabtree, distinguished fellow and division director of Argonne National Laboratory, will speak to the university’s Dept. of Physics and Astronomy during its "The Sustainable Energy Challenge” lecture. The event will focus on producing, storing and using hydrogen electricity as a viable alternative.
The lecture will touch on everything from the country's growing dependence on foreign oil and its ramifications. Hydrogen electric cars present a unique way of altering that dynamic.
The free lecture will be held at 3 p.m. March 26 in Wayne State’s Spencer M. Partrich Law School Auditorium. Click
