tankless on-demand water heater.
As for construction goes, everything is on schedule for June 1 occupancy according to Marcel Burgler, principal of Grand Rapids-based Prime Development. The
fifth floor was just erected and the roof will be installed this week.
Window are going in and units are being built-out with electrical,
plumbing and HVAC.

square feet of retail space on its ground floor. 9,600 square feet of
that space is leased by Fifth-Third Bank and another 6,700 is reserved,
although lease negotiations continue. The retailers will start building out on April 1 with opening dates estimated to be Aug. 1.

retail.
