Model D TV: Sherwood Forest
The beautiful homes bring people to the Sherwood Forest neighborhood in northwest Detroit. Residents say the neighbors are the real attraction. WSU professor John Corvino gives us the lowdown on Sherwood Forest, the gorgeous Northeast Detroit neighborhood filled with beautiful homes, enviable architecture and a strong sense of community.
Corvino says the neighborhood is superbly convenient, just 5 minutes from Ferndale, 10 from Royal Oak and 15-20 minutes from downtown Detroit.
