The Michigan Avenue Business Association is hosting a two-day workshop
designed to inform business and property owners and developers about
incentives.

designed to inform business and property owners and developers about
incentives.
The first day, Nov. 14, will cover brownfield and historic tax credits and
sustainable developments. The second, Dec. 5, will tackle
New Market Tax Credits and economic structuring techniques.
The workshops run from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. at the UAW Local 22 Hall at 4300 Michigan Ave.
