Corktown ‘Inspiraoke party’ time for Freep Marathon

Finally, something to get up way too early for on a Sunday morning. It’s the second annual Inspiraoke Party in Corktown. The idea is to get out on the street and sing inspirational karaoke to over 20,000 marathon runners participating the Detroit Free Press Marathon.

Get there at 7 a.m., plan on staying until noonish. Inspiraoke begins at 8 a.m. It’s at 1536 Leverette St. in Corktown.
