The Garden Lofts at Woodward Place will host an open house and grand opening event from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6. New reduced pricing, lowered association dues and day-of only incentives will be introduced, resulting in $40,000 to $70,000 reduction per unit.

Of the development’s 62 units, 24 have sold. New pricing will range from $123,480 to $263,780 for units that are 800 to 1,400 square feet.

Three model units will be open, but sales manager Robin Rowley says that any vacant unit can be toured. Some available units are ready for move-in while others are drywalled-only and can still be personalized. “It’s depending on their timeframe,” she says, as to which option might be preferable to a buyer.

Rowley says that current residents seem to like their homes. “I’m actually actually getting feedback from people that they are thinking about buying another unit for investment purposes,” she says.

Amenities include underground parking, a fitness center, geothermal heating and cooling and a courtyard.
