This month's speaker series takes on a hot topic: the foreclosure crisis.
The event will be at 5 p.m. June 24 at the Magic Stick inside the

We talk to Detroiters getting creative and bold in the face of a mortgage crisis. Local public radio station
WDET 101.9 FM will join us to moderate the conversation, in conjunction with their
"Facing the Mortgage Crisis" ongoing series.
The speakers will include:
- Joy Santiago, a Detroit Realtor who has been featured on HGTV programs.
- Kim Ross-Clayson, president of The Villages CDC, a community development group that serves several East Side neighborhoods.
- Luther Keith, executive director of ARISE Detroit!, a coalition of nonprofits, many of which are helping individuals and communities deal with foreclosure and neighborhood preservation.
- James Hamilton, president of the Historic Boston-Edison Association.
- Sabra Sanzotta, a Realtor with Detroit's Loft Warehouse
Sign in is at 5 p.m., the hour-long program begins at 5:30 p.m., and networking time will follow.
