Model D TV: Grinnell Place Lofts

Developer Mark Wilcox put 34 loft units in a former piano warehouse a couple years ago, and residents came knocking.

The Corktown location — minutes walk from Downtown, plus close to bars, restaurants, casinos, Mexicantown, etc. — and the huge windows, exposed brick and real loft feel have made the Grinnell Place Lofts so desirable.
