Work is wrapping up on the Highland Point Plaza retail center in Highland Park with its major anchor tenant set to move in soon.
The
retail center, located at 12029 Woodward Ave., features 18,700 square
feet of retail space. It is set up to house about eight tenants, but
floor plans are flexible for businesses.
A Family Dollar store
has signed on as the major tenant, taking up half of the retail space
in the plaza. The developer expects the business to open its doors this
spring.
