Downtown's eating and drinking scene continues to heat up this summer.
Liquor license in hand,
Motor City Wine will now have regular hours of 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday. The shop is located at 600 Woodward on the second floor. Read more about Motor City Wine

The same license impacts
Foran's Deluxe Diner, located on the first floor of the same building. It's now serving grub and drinks from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and proprietor Tim Tharp is looking to add breakfast hours soon. Read more about the restaurant

Rub BBQ & Pub has opened at 18 W. Adams. Pulled pork, beef brisket, suckling pig, St. Louis-style and baby-back ribs cooked over hickory, apple and cherry woods are on the menu, and the establishment has a carryout beer license.
