A Midtown development is ready to open its doors to the public. This past weekend,
Brush Park Village North, located at John R and Erskine, opened its model unit. Seven other units are roughed in, ready for a prospective buyer to select their ideal finishes.
The development is a total of 30 units that range in size from 800 to 2,000 square feet, and in price from $149,900 to $369,900. The development includes four-level duplexes, "soft
lofts," garden-level studios, townhomes and carriage homes. The four-level units feature a rooftop deck complete with wet bar.
Sales agent Barb Walstrom says the development's main selling point is location. "It's walkable to so many different places: Comerica Park, the DMC, Wayne State," she says.
The development's on-site sales office will be open Wednesday through Saturday and by appointment.
