The Riverfront Towers Apartments are undergoing a $5 million modernization renovation. The work is mostly being done to the public and common areas to bring the 100 and 200 towers (dating back to 1992 and 1983, respectively) up to date and make them more appealing to young professionals. This project will also include interior upgrades to all 555 units as well as updated elevators, new roofing and a new security system.
