The Research Lofts converted a historic 44,000-square-foot, two-story factory building into 42 market-rate, for-sale condominium units. The developers worked to restore the natural materials of the building, including the original brick, wood, concrete, and overhead ducts. Fifty-nine adjacent surface parking spaces are also provided within secured, gated lot. The lofts have Neighborhood Enterprise Zone (NEZ) designation.
