The historic 1926 building was redeveloped in its entirety. The majority of its electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems were replaced, and the obsolete parking garage will be demolished and replaced with a state-of-the-art structure that parks more than 300 cars. The twelve-story building features 220 revamped luxury condos, 23,000-square-feet of commercial space, a fitness center, and a community rooftop sunroom and meeting area.
