Federal Reserve Building
The Classical Revival-style Federal Reserve Building built in 1927, along with the Minoru Yamasaki-designed glass and marble annex added in 1951, were purchased by Dan Gilbert in January 2012. Gilbert-owned Bedrock Real Estate, along with architecture firm ROSSETTI, is currently renovating the building and seeking one single large tenant to occupy the 176,000 square foot space.
