Renovation of the historic 1920’s Crystal Ballroom includes 12,380-square-feet of commercial/retail space on the first floor. The second floor will be divided into 16 residential units with 25-foot ceilings, which include a mezzanine level, ranging from 990- to 1,980-square-feet. An additional level will be added to the structure to house four penthouse units with floor to ceiling glass ranging from 1,500- to 2,000-square-feet, plus private rooftop terraces. There will also be a community rooftop terrace. The development is located in a Neighborhood Enterprise Zone.
