Canfield Lofts feature exposed concrete martini columns throughout, new windows, first-floor parking garage for 22 cars, an outdoor lot for 23 cars, an 800-square-foot common outdoor roof deck, storage area on first and second floors, an alarm system, and a 12-year property tax abatement.
