Ferchill said the developer plans to make a big marketing push for
retail and restaurant tenants in May and is pushing for a steak house
and a fish market-type restaurant.
Ferchill said the company
also wants to “continue to develop in the city long after the Book
Cadillac.” The company developed the Hilton Garden Inn on Gratiot Avenue in 2002.
