residents and business owners say other walls will go up. The stadium's
former parking lots are declared redevelopment ready.
Downtown
Detroit is so spic and span it almost makes you want to check your
pocket for spare loonies. No, this isn't Toronto. Thanks to Roger
Penske's hard-working Clean Downtown crews, it's a brighter, cleaner,
better-looking Motor City.
