River Park Lofts

Rents range from $550-$1200
The River Park Lofts, also known as the Iron Street Lofts, are just off of E. Jefferson. Their neighbors are a dilapidated building, a debris filled field, and the Detroit River. And though its surroundings might seem a bit ominous, the vibe on the inside of the loft complex is not. There is an airy, community vibe that flows through the hallways, along with the sound of music from the radio or being practiced by the tenants.
Iron Street is filled with young urbanites and older blue collar workers. Like you'd expect, the lofts are completely polished. The wood floors will sometimes dip and dive - not being completely even across the board - and water damage is clearly visible in other areas.
Leases are month-to-month, ranging from studios to split-levels.
For being as raw as Iron Street is, the spaces are quite cozy.
