Rent ranges from $785-$2720, six month to a year lease

The Lofts on Merchants Row are polished, finished, and have a 24-hour workout center. Some units are carpeted, some have concrete floors, and some are wood. There are two buildings, one across from the old Hudson buildng and one about a block north, still on Woodward. The units aren't very raw - though some have exposed bricks and ducts. The views are nice, and they get nicer the higher you go. Though the east side of the building does look out into the empty space that was once Hudson's, the horizon is still beautiful.

The Merchants Lofts have their own parking structure, with attendants that'll park your car for you. And, an added bonus, Detroit's Breakfast House will deliver food to your door - for real.
