The Guardian Club Banquet Hall/Auditorium (32nd Floor)
Recently renovated, this room can accommodate 300 people. The room is appointed with Pewabic tile along the window perimeter. The views extend to Canada, the Ambassador Bridge, and down the Detroit River to Belle Isle and Lake St. Clair. The room can be divided for smaller events and is perfect for seminars, parties, training sessions or any festive event.
Executive Board Room (6th Floor)
This is the Guardian Building’s original board room and can accommodate meetings for 40 people. Marble floors, wood paneling and custom Monel metal work create a unique and impressive environment.
Training/Presentation Room (Lower Mezzanine)
This 3,000 square foot room can accommodate 50-75 people. The space can be divided and provides the ability for screenings, presentations, seminars or other meeting functions.
