Grand Lofts

The Grand Lofts, also called the 727 Lofts, are located in Southwest Detroit, just off of Michigan Avenue. The complex is huge, with gated parking - and enough parking spaces for its tenants. The units offer split-levels, multi bathrooms and bedrooms in some, wood floors, exposed beams and bricks, high ceilings. One side of the building is still abandoned and quite raw looking, but just down the street the neighborhood begins, adding a sense of community to the large brick building.

The Grand Lofts are close to Mexican Town, offering a number of restaurants and markets, as well as night life options.

The leases are month-to-month.
