The Brooklyn Park Lofts are located in Corktown, off of Michigan Avenue and Trumbull, near old Tiger Stadium. The complex is within eyesight of MotorCity Casino and five minutes from downtown.

The spaces have high ceilings, exposed bricks, beams, and pipes. The spaces are a bit smaller than some other raw lofts out there, but they are well lit and extremely airy. To the south, toward Michigan Avenue, are two other loft complexes and directly in front is I-75 and the Lodge -- could get noisy.
