Madison Building (M@dison)
The historic 1917 Madison Theatre Building, which was rechristened "The M@dison" after Dan Gilbert purchased the building in 2011, has been given a new life with a $12 million makeover. It is now home to such creative new economy businesses as Skidmore Studio, a small Twitter satellite office, Detroit Venture Studios, Detroit Labs, Exxodus Pictures, and many more.
