Federal Reserve Building

The Classical Revival-style Federal Reserve Building built in 1927, along with the Minoru Yamasaki-designed glass and marble annex added in 1951, were purchased by Dan Gilbert in January 2012. Gilbert announced he would be renovating the building and seeking one single large tenant to occupy the 176,000 square foot space.
