Dime Building (Chrysler House)

The Dime Building went through a $40 million renovation in 2003 by then-owner Waad Nadhir; it was then purchased for $15 million by Dan Gilbert in 2011. As of June 2012, it is up to 92-percent occupancy. Gilbert has re-christened this historic building "Chrysler House" after signing a lease that would create a satellite office for 70 Chrysler employees.
