Chase Tower (The Qube)
The Albert Kahn-designed Chase Tower is now home to a Quicken Loans operations center and has been nicknamed "The Qube" by Quicken Loans chairman and founder Dan Gilbert, who acquired the building in 2011 and completely remodeled it, moving 1,500 employees into its offices and adding ground-level retail. The building is currently at 100% capacity.
